General Information

Welcome to the Performance Management Module

The Performance Management module supports continuous communication between line managers and employees, ensuring stronger work relationships and alignment with organizational goals. The module includes three key types of performance reviews:

Performance Reviews Schedule

  • Annual Review: This formal process happens once a year:
    • Mid-Term Review: It serves as an interim assessment of progress toward annual objectives, typically conducted around the middle of the year, though the timing may vary.
  • Onboarding Review: Conducted at the end of the first month for new employees, focusing on orientation objectives and the initial training plan.
  • Probation-End Review: Conducted shortly before the probationary period concludes, ensuring alignment on objectives met and next steps for development.

Each review includes two main components: Performance Objectives and the Training & Development Plan. The process is confidential and involves the employee, their line manager, and HR. Agreement between the employee and the manager is crucial for completing the review.

Eligibility

Employees eligible for the Performance Review process include:

  • Annual and Mid-Year Reviews: Employees on a labor contract or civil contracts with long-term relations with their teams.
  • Onboarding Review: New employees under labor or civil contracts after their first month in the company.
  • Probation-End Review: Employees nearing the end of their probationary period, conducted a few weeks before its conclusion.

Disagreements and Escalation

In cases where an employee disagrees with the performance evaluation, HR and a higher-level manager will step in to mediate and ensure a fair resolution process.
